Comments from Cuong:
The Traxxas Villain IV is a really fun beginner boat with dual out
drives that look like a real boat. The hull design of this boat is
very good for rough choppy water and is very hard to flip over. The
hull is made out of plastic and is very durable. The only thing I
don't like about the boat is the universal drive shafts. I lose a
lot of speed while turning. Other then that this is a great boat for
any skill level.
Upgrades:
-Octura X447 Beryllium Copper Props (Balance and Sharpen)
-Octura OCGCSS Prop Shafts
-Upgrade Aluminum Motor Plate and Motor Mounts (Newer Style)
-Custom Water cooling for motor and stock ESC.
The X447 props made a big difference. Probably one of the best
modifications I made, next to water cooling. I also turned the props
around so the thrust is going inward not outward like the original
set up.
