What is a RC Surfer?
The RC Surfer is a self-righting, radio-controlled surfboard and
figure capable of surfing up to 3-foot waves or larger. There are
currently two models on the commercial market, the RC Surfer EP
unassembled Kit and the Ready To Run (RTR) RC Surfer Lisa. The
original RC Surfer Kit has a male, foam covered plastic, figure with
a foam core board with wood in lays for the deck lid and bracket
support and is covered in plastic. The Kyosho RC Surfer Lisa RTR is
fully assembled and has a plastic molded plastic board, female,
hollow plastic, figure, radio controller/receiver, battery pack and
charger. The "Original" RC Surfer EP Kit with make figure is still
available currently, yet "very" hard to find.
