    Soft or Hard pack LiPo?

    Just curious who prefers what and why? I am looking to purchase some Gens ace Lipo packs and noticed they market their 5300 Mah 30C softpacks for the spartan and the 40 C 5000 Mah hard packs are geared towards RC cars & trucks. Any thoughts or insight is appreciated.

      Soft lighter and also easier to dry out if they get wet

          I guess I'm more concerned that the 40 C pack would be better suited for the high discharge demands of the spartan? The soft pack 30C may run cooler though as they possibly wouldn't trap heat like the hard case would????
