Hmm. if you are going for single drive i will suggest you grab 4082 to take advantage of the powerful 3.5hp motor. Some folks over here are yielding low 60s with T180, 4082 and m445 prop, 6s1p, external RX pack with the traxxas spartan. It really amazing to watch. At some point you can only see the prop touching the water. Given a cat hull i feel that more speed can be achieved.

For these t600s rated at 3hp 8s with some reputable good HV controller will really make it haul. Sounds abit of overwhelming rpm unloaded. But heck, cats love high RPM. Mike76 is a good example, his cats in his videos just screams and never fail to send shivers down my spine. Just my 0.02 rupees worth

That wiredrive you sold me arrived bent and the 6mm coupler doesn't fit a 6mm motor shaft on one the end or the .078 wire on the other!
If my boats upside down then who owns the one I thought I was driving the last two laps?

                      Hi Husky,

Apologies on wire drive. PM me i will replace one for you from OSE as promised. Initially My 6mm couplers did not fit on my scorpion outrunners(6mm shaft) till i sand them down to have them a snug fit. Like wise on the other end .078 wire
These couplers are made these way and i did not manufactuer them.

Then can I ask why you are selling them to people this way?
I've never bought a QUALITY part that required me to sand it to fit!
So if I sand down the motor shaft then it's no good for a coupler from another manufacturer, how do I get the collet sanded down straight on the inside? This thing will be spinning at 30 000 rpm? I don't own a lathe to to the job properly! I'm sorry but a drill press is not accurate enough to do something like this and expect it to work right!
How about you return my money and if you want it back you can include the return shipping? I'll include the bent wiredrive.
I would have been happy with another collet but it seems they come this way and a replacement will not work any better.
                        Thanks
If my boats upside down then who owns the one I thought I was driving the last two laps?

what i did was to power up the motor(with it held onto a vice grip) and set my throttle to a constant throttle trim from my TX. with a dremel, carefully sand motor shaft to desired diameter. (goggles on please) it was only a few mins and it mellows out quite even. thats how i did it.
the best i can offer you a new wire drive and bear half your shipping cost. Also, do send me a picture of the wire drive let me know thanks

This guy is a scammer guys, you heard it he knew those collets didn't fit yet he still sold them to people! And he will not come good for selling a product he knew wouldn't work!
I'm not going to follow that mass of gibberish he posted as a repair! I can see an out of round or off center hole happening, at 30 000 rpm that will vibrate.
I'll be reporting you in the bad trader section. I hope this is the end of your ripping people off!
