For every $1 spent, you earn 3 OSE Reward Points.

Every 100 OSE Reward Points = $1.00 in rewards — approximately 3% back on eligible merchandise purchases. Use your available points toward eligible products on a future order.

When Do I Get My Points?
After you place an order, your earned points may first appear in your account as Pending Points. Once your order has been processed and your points have been approved, they'll be added to your available OSE Rewards balance. You can then use those points toward a future eligible purchase.
How Do I Redeem My OSE Reward Points?
Redeeming your rewards is easy. During checkout, you can apply your available OSE Reward Points toward eligible merchandise. You can use your points right away once they become available, or continue saving them for a larger purchase later.
100 Points = $1.00 off. Your available Reward Point balance can be viewed from your OffshoreElectrics.com customer account.
Do I Need an OffshoreElectrics.com Account?
Yes. You must have an OffshoreElectrics.com customer account to earn, track, and redeem OSE Reward Points. Creating an account is quick and free. For the best experience, make sure you're logged into your account before placing your order so your points can be properly credited.
Do My Reward Points Expire?
OSE Reward Points do not currently expire. You can continue accumulating points in your account until you're ready to use them.
Do Sale or Discounted Items Earn Points?
Yes. Reward Points are calculated based on the actual price paid for eligible merchandise after discounts. For example, if an item normally sells for $100 but is on sale for $80, you would earn 240 OSE Reward Points, worth $2.40.
Do I Earn Reward Points on Shipping?
No. OSE Reward Points are earned on eligible merchandise only. Shipping, handling, taxes, gift certificates, and other non-merchandise charges do not earn Reward Points.
Can I Use My Points Toward Shipping?
No. OSE Reward Points may be redeemed toward eligible merchandise but cannot be applied toward shipping, handling, or taxes.

OSE Rewards Terms & Conditions
By participating in the OSE Rewards Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Customers earn 3 OSE Reward Points for every $1 spent on eligible merchandise.
- 100 OSE Reward Points = $1.00 in redeemable OSE Rewards.
- The standard OSE Rewards earning rate provides customers with approximately 3% back on eligible merchandise purchases.
- Reward Points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.
- Points are calculated on the eligible merchandise subtotal and rounded down to the nearest whole point.
- Reward Points are non-transferable and may only be used by the customer account that earned them.
- Reward Points cannot be sold, transferred, assigned, or combined with another customer's account.
- Reward Points are calculated based on the actual eligible merchandise purchase price after discounts have been applied.
- Shipping charges, handling charges, taxes, gift certificates, and other non-merchandise charges do not earn Reward Points.
- Reward Points cannot be used toward shipping charges, handling charges, or taxes.
- Reward Points associated with canceled, returned, refunded, disputed, charged-back, or fraudulent orders may be canceled or deducted from the customer's Reward Point balance.
- If Reward Points earned from a previous purchase have already been redeemed before that purchase is returned, canceled, or refunded, Offshore Electrics reserves the right to deduct the corresponding points or value from the customer's Reward Point balance.
- Reward Points may remain pending until the associated order has been processed and approved.
- Reward Points cannot be redeemed until they have been approved and released from pending status.
- Offshore Electrics reserves the right to correct Reward Point balances resulting from order adjustments, returns, refunds, cancellations, system errors, or other errors.
- Abuse, fraud, manipulation, or misuse of the OSE Rewards Program may result in cancellation of Reward Points and/or termination of participation in the program.
- Certain products, brands, promotions, special offers, or other purchases may be excluded from earning or redeeming Reward Points.
- Dealers and wholesalers are excluded from this promotion.
- Offshore Electrics reserves the right to change the Reward Point earning rate, redemption value, eligibility requirements, terms, or availability of the OSE Rewards Program at any time.
- Offshore Electrics reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the OSE Rewards Program at any time.
